ACIAR Project Showcase

The PASS-CR Scholarship Program provides opportunities for emerging leaders in Pacific Island agricultural research to undertake Masters and PhD studies, supported by the Australian Centre for International Agricultural Research (ACIAR).

The program is designed to strengthen agricultural innovation systems in the Pacific, and it provides scholars the opportunity to advance research in areas of Pacific agriculture, fisheries, forestry, land management, climate change and more.

We recently hosted a Project Showcase in which ACIAR project leaders and academic supervisors gave a fantastic overview of the research projects that students can apply to be involved in as part of the 2023 Scholarship Program.

Watch the recording here:

The Showcase features overviews of ACIAR projects on the following topics:

  • Climate Change, presented by Dr Natalie Doran-Browne (timestamp: 00:05:15)

  • Horticulture, presented by Dr Seeseei Molimau-Samasoni (00:19:55)
